Our weekly Wednesday walks are short, gentle walks. They are social and friendly and we go at the right pace for the group.
If you want to start increasing your exercise or are recovering from illness, these walks might be just right.
On the third Wednesday of the month we meet at the bus station (inside the bus station around the middle bays – look out for someone in a high visibility jacket), and either walk along the river, the canal or occasionally take a bus somewhere.
The walk is no longer than an hour, and reasonably flat. And we finish somewhere for a cuppa at the end.
