Feelgood walks are running again! If you are interested in walking in a small group in the Twerton area, either for some company, or to restart some gentle exercise, then please get in touch.

Where: Twerton & Whiteway
When: Alternate Tuesdays (12.30-1.30) and Wednesdays (2.30-3.30) – so there’s one every week.
How Long: 40-60 minutes
How Far: 1-2 miles

These are gentle walks, suitable for all levels of fitness. We will practise social distancing and there will be a maximum of 6 people per walk. The dates this month are:

Weds 12th August 2.30 – 3.30

Tues 18th Aug 12.30 – 1.30

Weds 26th August 2.30 – 3.30

We will also consider providing one-to-one or 3-person walks for people who feel they need to build up more gradually to walking in a larger group.
