Step into nature and explore Henrietta Park like never before. Join us for a guided sensory walk where families, friends, and individuals of all ages can connect with the beauty of the outdoors through sight, sound, touch, taste, and scent.

Feel the textures of ancient trees and soft grass beneath your fingertips. Listen to the echoes around you—the way sound bounces off tree trunks, ripples across open spaces, and shifts with every movement. Breathe in the fresh floral scents and earthy aromas that shape the park’s character. See the vibrant colours of nature unfold in every direction. Enjoy the joy of shared moments and gentle mindfulness in a tranquil setting.

This walk is accessible to all, designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and engaging—whether you come with family, friends, or simply your own sense of curiosity!

The walk is around the Park which has surfaced, flat paths all the way round. Meet at the entrance to the Garden of Remembrance, Henrietta Park, Henrietta Street, BA1 6LP.

There are loos in the park (20p). The walk is close to public transport and shops.

Assistance dogs only, please.
