A gentle walk round Bath City Farm with short fictional readings, inspired by the site and the season.

In the week running up to this event, Kilter’s Artistic Directors, Olly and Caroline, have spent time walking the unkempt fringes of Bath City Farm with their eyes and ears open to the half-buried stories in the bright midsummer grass. Join them today for a wander through their discoveries and hear from a handful of gentle characters created to reveal their foraged fictions.

Some of the voices, musings and creative passages shared at this event will be prepared at our Wild & Free Midsummer Musing workshops at Bath City Farm on Saturday 19 and 26 June.

Suitable for the wild & free across generations including parents, teens, grandparents, and great grandparents. You and your loved ones. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Note: the cafe and toilets will not be open for this event.

This workshop is part of Kilter’s 4-year Bathscape commission to help local people creatively connect with their beautiful world-heritage landscape throughout the year. The workshop would normally cost £10+ but thanks to players of The National Lottery we are able to offer it for free!
